Booking information
Weekly bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. You can, of course, book for more than one week. A booking deposit equal to 30% of the total cost is required on booking, with payment of the balance 42 days before arrival.

Guests have access to the cottage at 3pm on the day of their arrival and are required to vacate it by 10am on the day of departure.

Short breaks
3-4 nights short breaks are offered subject to availability. Prices vary depending on the time of year and the number of nights required. Off-season special offers also available.

Insurance
We strongly advise guests to take out holiday insurance as soon as they make a booking in case cancellation becomes necessary for any reason.

Important information

• We regret that pets are not allowed at Bolster Farm, and smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.
• A security/breakages deposit will be payable with the balance of the cost. This is a £100.00 refundable charge (and will be refunded after the holiday.)
• Guests are reminded to bring plenty of beach towels as we only provide towels for the bathroom and en suite.
